I recently stayed at this lovely little property in Skegness for a few days. The annex was clean, spacious, and fully equipped. The location was great, with the beach and pier just a short walk away. The courtyard was perfect for al fresco dining, and the host, Helena, was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Stayed at the Annex Villa for a few days and it was a lovely experience. The hosts, Tina and her husband, were incredibly accommodating and made sure that everything was taken care of. The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable, with fresh towels and bedding provided. They even went the extra mile by leaving milk, biscuits, and buns for our arrival. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the seafront. Will definitely be recommending this place and would love to stay again. Tina and her husband's help with my mom was greatly appreciated.

The location was perfect, being close to all the amenities and within walking distance to the beach. The property itself was clean, secure, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. We also loved the private courtyard, which was great for al fresco dining. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property for a city trip.

The only drawback we found during our stay was that the mattress was a bit too hard for our liking.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we were provided with fresh towels and bedding. The added touches of milk, biscuits, and even mince pies on arrival were greatly appreciated. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and town center. We also loved the secure courtyard where our dog could safely play. it was a wonderful stay and we can't wait to book again.

That the double bed was a bit uncomfortable. the bedrooms were quite light in the morning, so blackout curtains would have been helpful.
